Later today, I will be speaking to Moneywise magazine about making a Will – still a subject which turns many people off but is nevertheless one of the most important things you will ever do in your life.
In the article, we’ll be looking at a case study of how someone has challenged a Will, and I’ll be discussing the points you need to cover when having a Will written for you, why you should choose your potential Will writer very carefully, and the dangers of not writing a Will at all.
