Terms & Conditions: Once an order has been processed your details will be kept securely on file to ease future purchases. Your information is held in compliance with the Data Protection Act. You may be contacted when purchasing a Will so that we may discuss additional options such as storage and Probate advice. Your purchase of documents are in accordance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Under this regulation there will be no right of refund or cancellation due to the digital nature of the product. We will however in the interest of goodwill (without obligation), consider each case on a merit bases if the situation arises.
We contract to provide document(s) only and our contract to do so does not contain any duty for us to supervise, check or amend any document created nor to take responsibility for any document being correctly executed.
We do not assume any responsibility to provide later advice on the terms of any document should future legal or taxation changes render its terms inappropriate. Therefore, the responsibility for future reviews of the terms of any document rest with you.
We have no responsibility for verifying
• the identity,
• the age or,
• the testamentary capacity of anyone with whom we contract to provide any document for, please refer to Principle 1 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005,
• the information you add, all spellings are your responsibility.
If you have chosen payment online once you click submit you will be transferred to Stripe who will handle the secure online credit or debit card transaction. Upon completion you will be brought back to our web site. If you do not complete the payment process we can only contact you if you have entered your correct phone number.
Please do NOT assume you that your order will be processed. Due to the high volumes of electronic spam we can only guarantee to process applications where the Stripe transaction has completed.
Please note thse LPA's are supplied unregistered. The Public Guardian Office currently charge £82 per document however exemptions do apply for those most at risk or on low income. For further details please call us free of charge on 0800 612 6105.
